The fastest and easiest way to book your tour or rental is online. Through our booking software, you can see all available dates and times. You’ll receive a confirmation of your booking via email.
Yes, we organize student tours for all ages. Create a custom tour itinerary and content to your curriculum and age group. We encourage and welcome students of all ages on our tours, so tell us what you need, and we’ll organize the perfect tour!
Most of our tours are 2 hours long, but we can modify any of these itineraries to accommodate your group’s needs or we can help plan a completely different tour based on your curriculum. Get in touch with us to begin planning your class trip!
They certainly are. We are happy to be able to offer our wonderful tours through summer, spring, autumn and winter. The summer months are our busiest periods so if you are looking to take a tour with us during this time we advise you to book as far in advance as possible. The Harlem Jazz Series and the Harlem Gospel Series are available from April through December. The Harlem Safe House Jazz Parlor runs from September through June.

Yes! We encourage all ages of families to join us.
Yes! Cameras and filming are allowed (and strongly encouraged) during the tour and live performances. If you post photos or videos to social media sites, please throw in the following hashtags depending on your event: #welcometoharlem for tours, #Harlemjazzseries and #harlemgospelseries.

Yes, gift vouchers are available for all events offered. Please get in touch with us to organize it.
If you are a tour operator and would like to hire us, we would be more than happy to work with you. We’ve worked with several inbound operators and tour companies to create guest experiences that are entertaining, engaging and memorable.

Book the reservation and add your voucher numbers when asked, you will have to add your credit card information to complete the transaction. We only charge your credit card if the voucher numbers you have provided are not valid and are no show. When you attend the performance on your scheduled date you pass will be scanned and validated. Your credit card will be released. Your voucher must be valid the date of the performance, not the booking date.
