Darryl Alladice is a performance poet, storyteller, and writer whose work has most recently been seen at the 440 Gallery, Park Slope Library, Barnes and Noble, South Oxford Space, Cornelia Street Cafe, and LaMama Theatre. He has been featured at the Schomburg Libary, Bowery Poetry Club, Boston Public Library, Woods Hole Public Library, Barnes and Noble Bookstore, Queens Public Library, York College, Park Slope Public Library, and the Vermont Studio Center, where he had a writers residency.

Darryl is also a weekly volunteer at LiveArts/New York where he, along with a small team of teaching artists, works with students, introducing them to the arts. The students get a chance to journal about their lives, work on improvisational skills, stage presence, dance, and oratory. Every semester the students are given the opportunity to work in the professional theater and dance studio on the premises and showcase their work. Along with other members of One Breath Rising, Darryl hosts a series of poetry events in Brooklyn.
